As a Global IT Software Engineer at BCG, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the core technology infrastructure that supports AI and ML initiatives. This role requires you to take concepts from the initial design stages to full-scale deployment. You will engage in various tasks including:

Qualifications for the Global IT Software Engineer Role

BCG seeks candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in fields like Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data science, AI, machine learning, or big data.
  • Proficiency in Python as a primary language, along with knowledge of others like R or Java being a plus.
  • A solid understanding of various AI and ML models, including experience with deep learning and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
